Through the coordination of Jessica Buffington the Field Product Support Team  of Chesapeake Systems replaced the heat engine at Meridian Public Charter School (2120 13th Street Northwest Washington DC 20009) on March 25th. The failure of the heat engine was caused by improper water treatment which caused the PH of the heating water to be outside of the manufacturers limits, this resulted in a hole in the heat engine that caused the heating water to leak.
